Convenience of location near the port as we were taking the ferry the next morning.
Hotel had no elevator. My husband has difficulty on stairs. The desk person did assist with carrying baggage but we would not have reserved there had we known about having to climb 3 flights of stairs. By the time we arrived there, we had no time for other options.

The rooms were decent size and new-fashioned with a newly renovated bathroom and air-condition plus all perfectly clean, that's all we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique B&B in Palermo. It was perfectly located for exploring the city's tourist sites, with plenty of bars and cafes nearby. the atmosphere was great, and despite being on a side street, it was not noisy. the breakfasts were delicious, and I loved that tea was available throughout the day. the decor was lovely, with lots of thoughtful touches. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was fantastic, with beautiful towels. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

The hotel was in a good location near the city shopping area
It was hidden with a tiny sign, making it hard to find. The room was rather dusty and didn't seem very clean

It was a small hotel. The hotel was quiet. Our room was spacious (but not bathroom). Buffet breakfast was good.
There was no lift. No English language news channel on tv. The bathroom in our Room 202 was very cramped. It was not possible to sit on the wc without knees touching the shower cubicle. Suggest remove bidet and re-site wc.

Location good and central with big parking area close by Palermo is not a very clean place though...streets littered with election debris. Good restaurants around. Room attendant on duty and female receptionist at arrival was the best staff member Big room
Hot water failed one night and staff reluctant to acknowledge this Guy serving breakfast was not doing service - when your cup of coffee was ready you were summoned to the counter to collect.it. If he was busy on his mobile you waited. Worst breakfast of our trip.

Great location off main street, spacious room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Quirky decor throughout the hotel, including the breakfast room. Delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh food and excellent coffee. Helpful and friendly staff, offering advice and arranging airport transfer. Highly recommend for a unique stay in the heart of the city. 👍

Excellent location in old town, near interesting sights. On square with cafés and restaurants and small park. Convenient for supermarket shopping and buses. Comfortable bed, clean with pleasant staff.
Stairs up to our room were steep and made carrying baggage a chalenge but staff helped.

Spacious airy room with smart decor, free wifi (first we had in Sicily!), and friendly service. Handy location for sights.
No real issues. If you have a car, it would be challenging for parking. Surprisingly I expected more noise from outside but the windows seem to be well sound proofed.
